Want to Share Your Story about Revelation?
Last Sunday, we finished the entire book of Revelation together, and God has blessed our church during this time! In the video below, Pastor Scott invites you to share about your favorite part of the book of Revealtion. Were you blessed in a particular way? Was there a passage that you enjoyed most? You can make your own video and share it with us, or we'll film you on Sunday. It doesn't have to be long, even just a few seconds...
You can email your video (or video link if you've uploaded it) to info@fbcsd.com.

Independence Day Oikos Luncheon This Sunday!
Bring your Oikos this Sunday for a Special Program
This Sunday, July 3, we'll be having a special potluck lunch with an Independence Day program. Come hear your favorite national hymns along with a great time of fellowship celebrating our nation's independence. It will start after the service and run till around 1pm.
This is a great time to invite your oikos (the people in your relational world), especially if you know people who have served or currently serve in the military, or people in the older generations. The purpose of this time is to develop relationships with the people in your oikos.
Can you help with the Potluck? We still need main dishes as well as other items. Also, we need people to help clean up afterward (and come early before church to take care of last minute set up.) If you can bring a dish or otherwise help, please email Carri Butler.
Also on the Calendar:
July 3 - July 9: Middle School and High School Summer Camp at Hume Lake.
Sunday, July 10: Family Picnic at Standley Park. - Everyone is invited to our family picnic after church on Sunday, July 10 at Standley Park. Bring lunch, lawn chairs and whatever you need for a great time together.
Sunday July 17: New to FBCSD? Come to our new person's luncheon right after church on Sunday the 17th. Meet the staff, learn more about our church and how to connect, and meet other people new and not-so-new to the church.
July 18-22: Summer Blast! Summer Blast Kid's Camp begins Monday, July 18. Register your kids now online at SummerBlast.org!

30 Days of Prayer and Fasting 2011 - Day 30
Today is our final day in this period of prayer together. As you finish, please consider fasting today, from food or something else that will remind you to pray today each time you are hungry or missing something you usually do.
Specifically, please pray for the rest of our staff today.
Pray for Rosa Yungen, our administrator, Carri Butler, our administrative assistant, Angela Sirota, our Lighthouse Director, as well as everyone who works at the Lighthouse. Please pray for thier health for them and thier families, and their spiritual growth and love for the Lord.
Also, pray for Pastor Scott and his family, for health and protection and growing faith.
Matthew 6:16-18
16 “When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show men they are fasting. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. 17 But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, 18 so that it will not be obvious to men that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
